Cold Pumpkin and Orange Soup with Turmeric

Peel and slice the pumpkin, carrot, onion and fresh turmeric.

Lightly fry the onion in a pan. Add the carrot, pumpkin and turmeric.

Add water and boil for 10 minutes.

Add the orange juice

Blend the soup with the hand blender.

Season and serve.

  • 1 onion
  • 15 g olive oil
  • 400 g carrot
  • 600 g pumpkin
  • 1 fresh turmeric root
  • 5 g turmeric powder
  • The juice of 2 oranges
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Water
