Mini Salmon Hamburgers with Lentil Hummus
Mince salmon in food processor.
Slice onion and add to salmon mix.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add the egg and breadcrumbs.
Form small hamburgers and cook.
Cut the peppers and lightly grill.
Grind the lentils.
Add lemon juice, oil and salt.
Spread the lentils over the bread.
Garnish with grilled vegetables.
- 180 g fresh salmon
- 150 g spring onion
- 150 g green pepper
- 2 egg whites
- 1 spoonful olive oil
- 180 g cooked lentils
- 2 spoonfuls of extra virgin olive oil
- Juice of half a lemon
- Salt and pepper
