Overnight Oats

Blend the banana for 30 to 60 seconds, until smooth.

In a medium bowl, stir together the oats, coconut milk, vanilla extract, mashed banana, and shredded coconut.

Taste the mixture to see if it needs honey.

Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and refrigerate.

Garnish with fruit.

  • 300 ml coconut milk
  • 3 g vanilla extract
  • 25 g dessicated coconut
  • 50 g rolled oats
  • 25 g chia seeds
  • 130 g honey
